DCM, Inc.specializes in providing engineering, document control and technology management services to owners and operators of public transit systems. Clients include the Maryland Transit Administration, the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority, New York City Transit, Virginia Railway Express, and the Federal Transit Administration. DCM has built a reputation for providing expert services in rail vehicle design, specification and operation. Staff includes engineers with international reputations in transit vehicle design, electric propulsion systems, braking systens, ac traction power, transit system automation and signaling, project management, and system integration.

What We Do

DCM specializes in vehicle technology for rapid rail, light rail, locomotives, historic preservation, buses, and automated people movers.

DCM maintains specialized database programs to track contract deliverables and owner responses, test reports, and safety certifications. The databases may be used locally or may be deployed on the Internet for controlled access and updating at many locations.

DCM provides trained personnel to maintain databases and perform other administrative services at customer facilities.

DCM provides management and technical support services for project management oversight, life cycle costing, and schedule analysis.
